Like the kit J. Where did you get the rod and stuff I have looked here for one but no luck..
I would like to see what you do I might be able to get my oldest away from the screen and show him something fun and useful.

Sounds like an interesting idea making a new channel about the progression.
Remember the knifes we got when we were 5-6 years old. The "oldies" broke the tip off the knifes (eye protection), but they sharpened the knifes so we could learn to use them in a safe and proper way once and for all. They said it was easier to get badly hurt with a blunt one than a sharp, due to the unnecessary and imprecise power you had to use when cutting with a blunt one. I taught my sons the same thing as well, at the same age, and they learned quickly how to use them in a safe way. I think your daughter will be happy for the knife as well.
