Really looks good James. Nice blueberries and apples
You will have a fruit forest in no time. Did you change you mind about moving more south?
Thanks for the update James. They don't appear to be booming but are definitely looking healthy. Hopefully they're sending out heaps of roots and getting established. I thought of you as I pulled a sick citrus on the weekend and replaced it with an avocado. The roots were still all tangled in the old pot shape but I was surprised that it had sent out some new long straight roots. I untangled the roots as best I could and relocated it more out of interest than anything. The fact that your trees are alive and well tells me what you did is worthwhile. No doubt they will take off next year.
every available space look out, james has run out of things to do lol.lawn destroyer !

support species? ,every tree in our family has mates ,i try to have as many native support as possible ,but i have planted wisteria just cause it has mean flowers that, growing up i had to sweep off the driveway,so figured as a legume would make plenty of good dirt ,i also have an italian elder and sea buckthorn .rest are kowhai and kaka beak .got some winter green not doing that well any tips.

Hi James, did you get any blueberries? If so, how do they taste?
The forest has definitely come a long way. It is habit forming. I have 15 fruit trees in the ground and want so many more.
