Mark ! You may want to consider soaking your chicken feed or at least some of it, it will save you on the amount of feed you are using , check out Justin Rhodes YouTube channel and see how he feeds his chickens daily . I think soaking the feed over night will help lower the chickens consumption, it genius! the grain( feed) expands when soaked in a bucket over night, chickens eat less feed cause its swollen with water thus eating less feed, saving you $$
I like the way you use whatever you can get your hands on. Nothing goes to waste. The duck slime is brilliant.
