  1. Mark you are a terrific fruit grower. You just have so many varieties of everything. Still amazed at your citrus trees. I started some seed of the dragon fruit a friend sent to me. I am hoping I can get them to continue and grow well.

  2. Really nice looking fruit.
I have a yellow dragonfruit too.
No fruit yet, but did get some huge beautiful flowers.
I like that the fruit have spines, if it deters pests.
Just wondering have you ever seen fruit fly damage on them ?

  3. They look delish mate. I love the yellows but don't fancy either of the red varieties. I'd written them off until I saw your other vids and then picked some fruit up at the market

  4. Hi…interesting video. I've got the white and red fleshed dragon fruits…and thinking of buying this yellow fruit. I live here in SoCal….near LA., do you think they will bear fruit in here? My white and red are doing good here, so lm just wondering if it would be the same for the yellow one.
And how old are these yellow DF you have?

  5. Good Day i am Max from South Africa, i have a small nursary in SA we imported Dragon fruit white flesh and red flesh from USA and it is doing great , we are looking for the Golden Dragon Fruit cuttings +- 15 to 20 cuttings can anyone help us. We will buy them from you. My email is Dragonfruitsa @ gmail . Com

  6. I just bought a yellow dragon fruit cutting from a website and it's about 2 ft long but it looks scrawny to me compared to my other dragon fruit cuttings which are another variety. The stem on mine is like 1 inch in diameter. Can I ask what's the diameter of your yellow dragon fruit stems?

  7. I am a commercial grower in Hawaii. Your plants are a little yellow but a little rain and some nitrogen will turn them green again. Its a slow process. A single papaya tree planted planted near your trellis would give a little shade which the pitaya like. Not too much shade or the plant will grow very skinny and fruit poorly. In Hawaii the fruit ripen in 85 days summer and 100 days winter with the winter fruits being larger than the summer.{slightly}Get ready for a little rot to develop near the base of the fruit. This is common. Your fruits look a little old on your trellis. They could have been picked a couple weeks earlier. They still taste good at that stage but i would say that they are at their best when they have just flushed all the way yellow. The fruits do have a great shelf life in the fridge or on the vine.If left on the vine the color slowly fades and the pulp becomes more translucent as it ages. The plants do have roy issues as well but i spray no fungicides. I just let the plants be and the rot will stop. They will come back to life.

  8. When pineapple leaves turn red and then yellow, they need water. I’ve noticed it on my pineapples. Leaves were all red, but after a good rain, leaves are all back to green.

  9. In Michoacan, Mexico we call them pitahaya (in this word h has a sound like English h)… pitaya is another kind of fruit from a very tall cactus. I love pitayas a bit more, but really sweet pitahayas are amazing too.

  10. Hello amazing video I have many Varieties of dragon fruit I was wondering if you could send me a cutting from the yellow I have yet to be able to get that one
