VIDEO: How We Make Our Seed Starting Mix

This year we are trying a new mix from last year. We used an african
violet mix last year and it worked well, but we want to eep trying new
things to really see what is the best out there. This mix would also be
awesome for a potting mix!

  1. You mentioned 3-5 lbs of worm castings for 60lb of ProMix, but I did hear how much Trifecta you added. Could you give the the amount of Trifecta for this mixture?

  2. I love my Seeds from you and VERY GOOD PRICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

  3. Do you have any tips on sandy soil? I was reading about biochar for it but our soil is alkaline and not sure if it would work. Would top soil help you think?

  4. Hi Luke, didn't look at your videos in a while but doing some catching up. Great video very informative. Do you have any advise on germinating celery seeds afraid I'm not having very much luck with this. Zero germination. Thanks!

  5. What type of pro-mix did you use? There are about 4 different kinds sold here, also how do you keep your worm castings damp? Mine always dry out, i am sure that when it dries out it loses all the benefits it had.

  6. As I'm going back to remind me of the formula for seed starting that worked very well..

I just noticed that you are getting closer to that 1 million subscribers mark.
