I'm in the woods so I use rabbit fence. It's small openings on the bottom and larger on top. 40 inches tall. The deer don't jump it if the garden isn't too large. Don't know if you have deer there. It's an expense, but well worth it for me. Otherwise I get nothing.
Make a border around the plants with clear plastic forks with the handles stuck in the ground, rabbits avoid them, I used a few around my foam flowers and spiderwort because they are those to the ground a few forks this year and they are untouched.
You're gonna be swimming in it this summer. All that rain we had last week is gonna equal bloof.

I'm new to your channel so I need to catch up on a few of your ways here. You seem to be planting in wood chippings or shreddings atop the soil. Is that right? As for that upturned mushroom you scoot about on, that's the bee's knee's.
Hi James, you sure have a lot of plant starts, did you plant them in excess anticipating the deadly cold outside? sorry about your plants. you are in zone warmer than me, and march is still too cold. did you put compost y made or chicken compost, chicken made, which is up to the chicken to turn. so easy, or my guess.
when did you start seeds indoors for kale and brassicas? 4 — 6 weeks, and when to transplant a couple weeks after, or according to your videos, dates ?
