I haven't caught any of your videos recently…where's the hair and beard?!?! haha good stuff. I always compared fresh asparagus to a sugar snap pea. They taste almost identical to me. Very sweet, crisp and imo your would be ruining it if you cooked it
You've inspired me to get back into this. I started a "Back to Eden" garden a couple years ago with the wood chips. Weeds have began to crop up through them now though. What would be the number one book you would recommend on starting a food forest? Thanks!
That is some Ginormous Asparagus James.
God is good.
Diggin' the music, James.
That's my favorite way to eat asparagus — standing right there in the garden, just picked! That's the best. You've got some fine asparagus there.

Awesome. It kinda works as a channel trailer. You already have so much good footage.

I would like to see more videos of you eating fresh picked stuff. I wonder what foods are really sweet instead of bitter right out of the garden?
What type was that plant. Brother
