Thanks! I used to grow sprouts back in the 70s. I love arugula, I’ve got some started in a tray for baby greens and got some clumped together, so I thinned them and ate the tiny little sprouts. Wow! They are amazing. I really wanted to grow sprouts but I guess micro greens seems to be the way to go.
You don’t have any drainage? Do you water besides the spraying? Or is the soil wet when you start?

How long did you keep it covered?
Trying this for the first time, thanks for the tutorial! How long should we leave it covered with aluminum foil before setting it out in the light? I read about adding some soil on top of the seeds, instead of the tin foil – any thoughts?
Do they grow back after you cut em?
I have arugula seeds and I am a beginner gardener, I just planted them today to start to grow full grown arugula for additions in salads. Basically my question is eating microgreens is eating the sprouts before they become "adults"? Sorry if thats a dumb question, I am new to this but I love growing my own food!
