  1. About how many days does it take your Amaranth to germinate? I'm growing some!! You don't mention the specific time span in the video, you say only a few days: 2:31 . Mine's been seeded and covered for about 18 hours and I see nothing happening yet. Thanks for this video!

    You mentioned some seeds for microgreens are very spendy. What are they? Why do they cost so much? Have you tried them and were they good/worth the money?

  4. Amaranth is so easy to grow and it grows so fast. I grow it using half composted tree leaves or grass clippings covered by crushed straws. It normally will germinate within 3 to 4 days in June/July outdoor. There is no need to grow it as a microgreen.
