VIDEO: Something turns into a little bit more
Following my “lessons learned” from the last few years has enabled me to have more than I thought I would have this year.
thanks for sharing your garden..enjoyed it. Not a great garden year for me, enough tomatoes and peppers to eat at the table none to can, lost 2 mature fruit trees Apple and Peach in a storm. blue berries and grapes did poorly . Surprisingly , our honey production was good and our strawberries were very productive. Harvested plenty of onions and cabbage. I garden in Georgia
My garden is doing poorly again this year. We are going to do a big overhaul this winter and see if we can get things right to grow. I have a bunch of tomatoes coming on- just not ripe yet! No zucchini, no beets, no radishes, no cucumbers… worst of all my cabbages (that I babied) are doing nothing!! I really, really wanted to make sauerkraut.
LOL, I thought we were the only that got our tomatoes mixed up, we wrote on the containers after seeding in the small greenhouse…the names faded on the containers LOL.
Garden looking good!
I enjoy fall gardening. It's great that you shouldn't have to worry about bolting and usually don't have to deal with any droughts. Your carrots in that container looks like a great idea.
Would be interested if you decide to make a video on how your make your sauerkraut there!
It's looking pretty productive over there mate. Nice work.
I've never tried running zuccs up a poll – great idea! I'm also going to pickle my purple cabbages (mammoth rocks). Okra is another plant I am yet to try I have got the seed and waiting for our spring to plant. Great vid, cheers mate 🙂
Nice one man. I like the carrots in the tub. Your garden looks great. Nice to see a good update.
Your garden did really well this year. You must have had good weather.
