Hey Curtis! Love your seeds and love supporting your channel. I was wondering if you have a video explaining the difference between everything you have spoken about… GMO seeds, hybrid seeds etc. I am more specifically interested in microgreens.

Actually, arugula does not take long and is extremely productive. I produced half a cup of seed from maybe a square metre or less of plants. And they freeze well. But cleaning them took an hour and they aren't perfectly clean, so they might not do well in the Jang seeder, if you use that for arugula, for example.
FYI i wasn't sure were to find seed sellers in Canada for a couple of cover crop options. Winter Rye and Hairy Vetch and so after getting terrible options from google. Seed sellers that cant sell cover crops over the Canadian border for example. I thought hey there should be something like this on Urban Farmer and here it is. Thanks Curtis. PS still looking for a good source of Vetch that doesnt feel really expensive, but im probably just cheap LOL Cheers

#1 reason to not eat GMO: the nutrition profile of the product is sacrificed for greater yields. Repetitive selective breeding is still GMO.

I like saving seeds because it's fun and connects me more to my garden seeing my plants' children and their children's children grow up every year. But yeah, total waste of time and money if you're trying to maximize time and money.
