This video shows just how easy it is to set up a drip system for raised
beds and it can be done in minutes! Even a biginning gardener could set
this up and be able to water their garden with less risk of error! I
found the raised bed drip kit that I used in this video, but I posted
some others that I have used in the past with great success.

you should start your own show called "the garden whisperer" Travel the US fixing people's garden.
cool music editing! artist?
It worries me that people need a ridiculously exaggerated tutorial on how to put hose with holes in it in gardens. My 7yo laughed at this.
Good going Lukie!
Good stuff
It’s Puppy Dog? Shih Tzu? What is he or she eating? Name? Seems to enjoy you gardening.
Love the soundtrack!
i like your QA inspector…the doggie 🙂
I would highly recommend you look into Netifin drip.
so much useless chatter compared to useful info. 90% chatter like a nervous squirrel.
putt all eyehooks on hose at same time. then
Good instructional video! I could have done without that weird music, however…
I cut garden staples in half and created a loop at the end.
My man went to a garage sale with $0.75
I have all my plants on an automated drip system. its a time saver, of course you still need to check on your plants daily, even if just for a few minutes, to spot any issues with over or under watering. Each plant has its own dripper I can adjust the flow on. Set timer for 1 hour and with a variable dripper you have a lot of time.
So how long, often do you water with this setup.
what size i hooks did you use?
Use a screwdriver to turn the eye hook and life will be easier….
What do you do in the winter to keep the line from freezing and bursting? Do you put a eco friendly fluid in it or blow out the lines? Or do you redo the system each spring?
I'm in southern CA, and my water is very hard, so 1/4" drip line tends to clog with minerals. I've been using 1/2" tubing with regularly spaced inline emitters because it's easy to lift out of the way when adding compost, amendments, etc., and there's no need for eye hooks–they're heavy enough to lay flat on the top of the raised bed. Unfortunately, the inline emitters also get clogged. I would love to see a video where you create a 1/2" drip tubing system for a raised bed garden.
Why didn’t you choose to go the long way instead and cut down on all the i-holing?
The same kit sells on Amazon for $33.56 now!
How long do you run it??
Why did you run it auditor side? Seems like a lot more work and use more hose. I run my lengthwise using less. I’ve made fabric staples myself out of cut up metal hangers as those staples are not avail locally.
