  1. I personally don't like growing tatsoi, it barely can be eaten uncooked. My folks prefer Mizuna which I'd recommend to try out, which is a interesting shape and mustard type.

  2. I grew it last winter and cut my first crop just a few days ago. Seems to be very slow to germ. I love the flavor. Didn't see the come again though.

  3. I remeber a variety that I was growing in my parent's garden called Pe-tsaï. Checking back to my seed supplier, it's available as a green that can be harvested multiples times as well as let it grow as a nice rocket shape cabbage. I also remember that it was tolerant to warm seasons. Poke me a message and I'll send you a link with a translation from french if you want to give it a peek.

  4. Can you pls suggest me how to put them in soil now now that they have germinated. I've seen they have very delicate roots and can die off. I am an Indian and Tatsoi are not local to our country,I've planted some using the imported seeds and want to give it a try . Please help. Thank you.

  5. Thank you for explaining what tat soi is and when to grow it, Mr. Stone, very helpful as I am new to it. Also, maybe change change the title of your video to "Why grow tatsoi?" or "What is tatsoi?" as the current title is a little misleading. I was expecting tips on planting, thinning, watering/feeding and harvesting tatsoi, based on the current video title. But again, very helpful to know it isn't a warm weather crop and is good mixed in salads. Best to you.
