How do I keep ticking? How do I keep up with everything? How have I NOT gotten sick? Well… these are my tricks and they have proven to make a huge difference in my life. Always do what works best for you!

  1. I'm confused with the oil pulling. Do I just put a spoon in my mouth, swish and then spit? What does it do? Also I've tried acv, does it make urine acidic? I am focusing on lemon water to alkaline my body.

  2. I use the neilmeds squeeze bottle. Love it. I take shots of the vinegar. Followed by water. And I brush with coconut oil. I have made the toothpaste with the baking soda and added a couple drops of peppermint oil Turmeric is great. Peppermint tea is my favorite. I keep a bowl of clementines on the counter.

  3. 1 drop of Thieves essential oil from Young Living has healed my daughter's gingivitis, hardly any tartar and no cavities. The dental hygienist called the dentist in as her gums had improved so much since the last visit. This has helped another family member the same way. The ACV drink will relieve heartburn in less than 15 seconds works great. Love watching your channel

  4. Just learned you wanna only use 1-2 TSP (not tablespoons) because of the acidity level being damaging to your stomach. In any case, don't drink something also high in acid afterwards — like coffee. I'd definitely eat something to soak up the acids before later drinking coffee or something high in acid. also be sure not to over do the ACV as you will end up depleting your potassium!! You need that for your muscles and your heart. It will*** lead to a heart attack.

  5. You talk about making your bed as "physiological" jump starter. Even if you skip the shower, changing your clothes is another "physiological" jump start. Putting on stuff over your pajamas doesn't work. You gotta get those PJ's off and a new outfit of clothes on. …. Same with bed time, changing into your "bed" clothes will cue your brain to start winding down. I don't know what to do if you didn't wear clothes. Hmmm, there's always something! xoxo from Arizona.

  6. When you make applecyder vinegar, what do you do with the seeds? My mom is worried about the arsenic in the seeds, I'm not. So asking Patara is the tie breaker! Love you. xoxo from Arizona.

I have been taking Turmeric for months now, and I have no more arthritis pain, plus drinking the ACV/ginger/lemon and honey every morning before breakfast and no more BP problems and I have lowered my cholesterol all with out medication people it works, now I am working on loosing the pounds a healthy way.

  8. Patara, I love your videos! Love the honesty!! Just like a true southern lady! If I may suggest an addition to your daily routine, try eating beets. I've noticed a night and day difference in mine and my husbands life and vitality after starting a daily routine of beets! We get a panic when we start running low on beets! I buy the aunt nellies brand whole pickled beets in the jar from Walmart.

  9. I love home remedies and natural health plans. I love to take fire cider everyday which has apple cider vinegar in it. I tried doing straight ACV and it did not go well with me. Lol. I'm not a big fan of coconut oil so I don't oil pull. However I do like to use homemade toothpaste.

    My hubby does the saline solution almost daily and I really need to start doing that everyday.

    Love your channel and your Instagram page. I think I watch you for about an hour everyday now since about a month ago after I found out you have a YouTube channel.

  10. Diluted ACV will also stop a gall bladder attack. I drink a couple teaspoons every day to prevent a recurrence. I look forward to using the Simply Saline to see if it helps with sinus problems/allergies. I just found you and subscribed a week ago so catching up on older ones brought me to this one.
