Did you put it in cold water and then in the cooler ? In my experience it will get crisp and better that way(if it had had frost).

Hi Curtis. Just wanted to know what you do for ventilation INTO your poly tunnel? As I understand it, your greens are going to absorb a lot of the CO2 in the air inside the polytunnel. When the levels get low you will experience slower growth…pretty sure that's right? Obviously you are trying to keep the temperature in the polytunnel up so you don't want to draw in a lot of cool air from outside. Do you have a solution for this? Perhaps your compost will release some CO2 as it breaks down but I imagine that is minimal. Perhaps the air volume is so great inside the polytunnel that the greens you have planted can't us it all up? I wonder what levels a CO2 meter would show inside the polytunnel if it hasn't been ventilated to the outside environment for a while and how these levels will affect your production? Just some food for thought if you hadn't already considered this. Many thanks from Australia for your great youtube videos. Jason.

Your view on positive thoughts reaping positive rewards is very true. I could go on and on about a friend of mine who is constantly negative and always complaining how my brother and I having what they refer to as the "Fillhart Luck." It's just positive thinking, positive actions, selfless thinking and actions that will bring it full circle.

Please give us an update on the kale and how your customer responded to the frozen product. What? The basis of all religion is because the sun comes back into the sky after the winter solstice? WRONG honey. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, certainly does not fit the zeitgeist false propaganda, just look a little deeper and you will discover that for yourself too. Really does not take that much effort instead of just repeating what others claim.
The most important thing you can do in life is find the God of the Bible, Jesus Christ, the Son of God. It is about all that counts in the end.
