  1. Can you speak more on how you store and and rotate out your produce? I'm trying to get a sense how long do you keep items in cooler, what do you do with food not sold at market, and hide are you doing noon refrigerated items?

  2. Hi Curtis, I am wondering if you have organic certification or…. does it not really matter so much; I mean if you're clear about production methods, do your customers require more?

  3. You should save the squash blossoms. There are many chefs that cook with them and stuff them/ fry them. See if you have local restaurants that would buy them from you.
