  1. Yum! We love homemade meatloaf! It's such a comfort food for me. I'm gonna have to make it very soon!! Thanks for sharing, I really enjoy your cooking videos

  2. Hey Patara, we made your potato soup this past weekend & it was awesome!!! Best part is my finicky kid loved it!!! 🙂 Thanks for the great entertaining informational vids! Now on to the meatloaf! Newly subbed 🙂

  3. I made this for dinner last night! I had ground beef thawed bc I had planned on grilling burgers but I forgot buns at the store….so, after watching this earlier in the day I used it as my plan B! I had some chopped peppers prepped in the freezer and used some townhouse crackers bc that's what I had on hand. Because I'm a big fan of 1 pot/pan meals I didn't put mine in a loaf pan…instead I just pressed the mixture back into the cast iron pan I sautéed up my veggies in and baked it in that. When it was all done we just sliced it into wedges like pizza! We served it up with left over diced oven potatoes that we re-purposed into mashed potatoes. This meatloaf was a HUGE hit with all 5 of my kiddos and 1 very hungry hubby after show choir performance and ball practices. Thanks so much for sharing!

  4. Dadgummit Girl, that looks fantastic! I'll be trying this very soon…..thanks! I have family members that call it "rooster sauce" and my wife calls it, simply, "woosh" My Dad just called it "Wooster" seems like nobody uses the proper name!

  5. hi Patara, love this recipe and will definitely try it for my men. just a little mention, Worcestershire is pronounced woostersheer, English pronunciations are odd. keep up the great work, live your channel and your homestead, cheers from Australia 🙂

  6. I want to try this, what do you think of ground turkey? Every meatloaf I've try has ketchup and I wasn't a fan of them so this looks much better

  7. Had my chicks hatching yesterday and quickly made a version of pizza meatloaf. Absolutely the best ever and leftovers even better today!!! Sure do appreciate all gems from your world!!!

  8. It may be a ridiculous question, but what does the parchment help with? I keep it around for various things but have never actually cooked anything with it!
