  1. This soup looks FABulous as you said. The only change I would make is to cook the pasta separately and add to each bowl serving bc if there happens to be leftover ( only 2 of us here to eat it), then the pasta will not get too soggy and mushy if there is leftover soup. There always is and soups taste even better the 2nd day or so. Plus, I can use rice next time or a dif pasta for a whole new look! Love your spice choices and the squash looks good in there!   2. Made the SOUP….Delicious. Thanks Patara. We are two. Have Canning Jars I will fill with
    leftovers and seal hot and keep in refrig for my week's lunch. Of course we have homemade bread to go with it.

  3. I LOVE this soup! I have made it several times since you first posted it. Made it again tonight since we have had some yucky tummies in the house.
