VLOG134.
Bad. Ass. Thanks a ton for sharing.
where do you sell. farmers markets or a distributor?
hi curtis biggest fan lol im trying my best to do what u do but in my own context having a little troble planting spinich with the earthway was just wondering if u could do another vlog for that also wondering if there is any way i could plant arugula with the earthway seeder its all i have right now thanks so much for all your help
Curtis you get my vote for the most concise way to promote a business on youtube–good info, no bullshit, and an opportunity to do a hands on with you, great stuff dude.
Curtis I'm inspired ! Gotta get some Salanova next seed order !
I was shocked I got 50 lbs+ of RR Kale (in a season, PLUS 15,000+ seeds !!!) out of a "opposite of a key hole" 10'x10' intensive (18"+ of awesome compost/organics) planting in a backyard garden.
How many days are you waiting from sowing until first cut for your cut-and-come-again greens?
As I sing the lotto song Big Big Big Big yadda yada. Thats a big harvest. you pack your van like I pack going to a gig lol.
This episode is pretty damn fine. Real cool to see you standardizing to 50' beds. On FIA.
"The results will shock you" is a toxic sentence on YouTube. This might however be one of the only videos where it's accurate.
When you sell your greens to restaurants do they expect your washing/cleaning to be "serve ready" or do they wash them again? Maybe you covered this on one of your many wonderful videos already? Really enjoy learning from your experience…Thanks!
Darn you, now I want a spinach salad! Good video, and I love that harvesting tool
How is worth ?
wow! Thats amazing! nice to see that you actually get to harvest LOL Slug infestation all summer long, pretty much lost all to them everything got chewed on 🙁
Congratulations !!! Very inspiring, greetings from Cancun, Mexico.
what do you use to fertilize your green after they come up? great videos, great advise
Where do you find all your intro, outro music. Every now and then it's pimp tight.
Thank you for the education. A hand truck/dolly might help a little getting all that produce from "field" to truck…3 or 4 totes at a time.
So the things that are left-over after the harvest that you leaves on the ground (the roots of the vegetables) will be used as compost for the next seeding?
how do you sell them??
So how do you get people to buy ? Are you reaching out to local businesses ? If you don’t mind me asking… I’m about to trim my cilantro yield tomorrow that I ended up doing for fun and I realized today it is worth some money.. I had an acre to play on and i guess I did it correctly.. any tips ?
Curtis, I’m a little confused here how you reach 100k on a quarter acre with these yield amounts. 49 lbs of spinach at $4/lb. is only $196.. at that rate.. how do you ever reach even close to $100k?
WOW!!!!
but how much did u get for the crops$$$$$ whats the profit
Prices from a farmer in Greece…..spinach-0,80c per kilo…tomatoes 0,60c per kilo…lettuce 0,45c a piece….tell me now how can I be competitive with 1/4 acres farm?
I love over-using the word epic, so it made me happy to hear you use it! Lol
Keep it doing ,Looks great,i have been in this great City, greetings from Turkey
How do u not have weeds in the 30in bed? If you don't use plastic? Is it because it's so densely packed?
Bad video…. Why do you speed up the harvesting ? The harvesting is what people wants to see.
