I planted a bunch of companion plants with my tomatoes. This includes tons of flowers, that attract the inhouse pollinators. I let the bees do it. I suppose it is a sign of the times we live in that we are now having trouble attracting enough bees.
Luke, why fo you have zero flowers? True pollinators, need some encouragement. Some Marigolds, and Nasturtiums will help keep mosquitoes away too.

I giggled through the comments but this made total sense AND it freaking worked! I only had 2 tomatoes on my plant and the flowers were falling off like crazy. I told my friends I was "tickling my tomatoes" to give it a try and I have so many that are growing, super excited about this.
So wind wont do it? Cause wind shakes those flowers every day.

i use a small paint brush to pollinate my tomatoes, works really well.
