Stunning scenery! My mother's maiden name is Bryson, maybe we have some Appalachian roots. Thanks for sharing!
Watched a full length ad..abt 3:00 minutes on the Outer Banks. Didn't know if you can track the monetization credit. Love your content…thanks for sharing!
Did that in August and had a wonderful time.
Great stuff. Reminds me when my folks took me on the Ole Skunk Train, I called it ole smokey…brings back great memories.
I think you must live in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Awesome! Loved it!. wondering when you are moving to patreon?
Hello: I was hoping they would have a old steam engine to pull the train. Thanks
Thanks for sharing!
That is wonderful!!! I love the education your children are getting, so much to see! Keep it up!
Wow awsome
That looks wonderful!
Thanks Patera, I worked at the Outdoor Center in Wesser or 10 years way back when. Amazingly beautiful area.
There is something about little old wood cottages in overgrown fields that just calls to my heart.
Thanks for sharing that is some beautiful country up in those neck of the woods !!
I couldn't have resisted dipping my toe in that cool clear water either! That trip looks like fun!
Wow what a small world, I'm originally from Robbinsville! Just found your channel, a while ago.
Very lush and green!
I'll tell ya what….I need to move there!!!!!
You were like 30 from me!!
Absolutely loved the train ride and seeing the mountains from where I'm from…. I'm homesick…. I bet fall will be beautiful there
Thank you for sharing, my dad and I had a trip planned after we returned from his birthday trip camping in Florida. Sadly I lost him in Florida, two final strokes and he passed two days after my moms birthday. My dad loved to travel and after we lost mom, we burned the roads uo as much as we could. He would have loved this, as he was born and raised in the mountains. So glad to see u ou do things even though your life is busy and so full. God Bless and thanks again for sharing.
Dear Patara,
We are adding "loaferin" (hope thats right) to our homesteading plans from now on. Brilliant idea. Loved the scenery, very special and you and James looked like you left your cares behind.
Lloyd and Donna, Wales.
Now that's fun right there. Really enjoyed watching this video. Thanks patara.
Love love love this video. Thanks for sharing this. So beautiful there. Hugs
This is where we went on our honeymoon 12 years ago!! Kim
Love Bryson City, we were just there a few weeks ago to go rafting down the Nantahala!
I have always wanted to take a train ride. Thanks. This is probably as close as I will ever get to one.
Grew up near there. Few years back I rode the locomotive up the gorge. Still have a sister and other kin in Andrews. Born in Murphy, lived near Robbinsville. Have kin all over. Need to get back for a visit.
ive been going back watching the older videos . I missed this one thanks for taking us on your trip the older gentleman on the train..lol he was very entertaining..
I would love to ride on the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad!
