  1. Curtis jm's set up is amazing, in all areas. its similar to yours but on a much grander scale. is there any ideas you'll be taking and adding to your farm?

  2. Great set-up, brings up options and little things that people don't always think about when building up their operation. Appreciate the comment about planning for the "older" farmer.

  3. The washing bubbler looks like a half dairy milk tank. Having grown up with dairy farmers, it would be a perfect way to reuse those abandoned milk tanks, which are all stainless steel. Really cool set up!

  4. Diego touched on something in this in one of his podcasts with one of his guests, running the numbers & focusing on efficiency on all farm sizes is vital for success. The guest said that his family farm, as successful as it was, should have been focusing on process that increased efficiency. Rolling an order on to a truck is a perfect example of being efficient.

  5. I love JMF's book, but all this coverage of what is now a fairly large commercial operation isn't of much use to me. Somewhat interesting, but prefer your operation tbh.

  6. Looks like he has done some Lean (Toyota Production System) working in that room and the processes that they are doing through there. Interesting that the hose and sprayer don't have a hook. He looks like he's looking for a better way to set it up. He sounds exhausted though. Was that the farm doing it or he and Curtis having a late night?
