Well, that literally took 24 hours to make, but it is good enough to make up for all the stirring. If you have quince, then I highly recommend trying to make membrillo or quince paste. I had to do some trouble shooting to get this to work out, so if you are having any issues getting yours to set, then you have the trick too, lol.
