Given that a bike is more efficient than a treadmill or a horse-mill, and given than horse are 10 times more powerful than humans (and can eat part grass instead of cereals), a "stationnary horse-bike" could be both efficient, more enjoyable for the horse and generate great amount of power. Do you think it's a feasible and interesting idea? just need to teach a horse how to pedal but i'm sure it's not the most difficult thing to teach to a horse.

  2. Two contact surfaces only in a correctly adjusted not worn out vee belt. the wedge effect creates the grip.your talknig about a Gilmer belt, which has greater efficiency than a vee belt, i shall have to stop watching this.
