How long of a window do you have to harvest the flower? And are you staggering your seeding? Do you ever plant varieties with multiple stems? Looks awesome!

been enjoying your videos for several months now. You have inspired me to change up my garden from a till garden to a no-till garden, and I am having trouble with the transition. I found a place where I can get all the "wood chip mulch" I want. I spread this on about half my garden so far. I've had to put it about a foot deep to keep grass from growing thru. Some areas of garden has cardboard under it. Besides being a lil difficult to walk on, the chips are kinda big, I got to thinking, how am I going to plant? with chips so deep. I wish I could put a picture up to show you. I love the concept still, I just have a few things to figure out. In past I used an old push plow to make my furrows to plant in , but now that wont work because chips too deep. Sorry for the long note….just looking for ideas…great video !
what is a good source to buy seeds ? I am tired of buying smack packets of seeds and I want to buy something in bulk. thanks –

2) Are you plating 12 acres of sunflowers then?
3) And how long were you able to harvest them, once they started to bloom?
