  1. OMG MI Gardener he so rocks Every seed i have bought from him has grown. Also just received the grab bag through the mail and I am pleased with the seed selection. What an abundance to grow.

  2. We are from VA and I can tell you that two days before this conference it was in the 80s and we were frozen at the conference too. It went straight from summer to late fall within HOURS. Hurricane Michael brought the cold to us.

  3. I'm so disappointed I found out about this at the last minute. I live 20 minutes away from where the conference was and I would've love the opportunity to say hi to you and see everything first hand. Maybe next year.

  4. I'm in Upstate New York near Albany…missed the live stream but still excited to see you meet so many fellow homesteaders live, love MI Gardener! Thanks for sharing 🙂 Also, I'm glad you talked about mistakes, etc.. I have been waiting so long to just have everything just so, but this year I've just been jumping in and I know so much of what I'm doing online is so imperfect but I'm learning and sharing and being real because I realized that's what I love about your channel and so many others that are my favorites 🙂

  5. Jess, you were definitely "The Hostess with the Mostest"
You really were enjoying yourself and it was fun to watch…Sooo many people" and it appeared that "a good time was had by all" !
Keep smiling…It looks great on you !

  6. 17:18 is sooo good: "If we learn, then we haven't wasted anything. Even if we fail, if we take a lesson out of it, then it was valuable. I think we have to be brave enough to model that to people. If we will be brave and vulnerable and say 'I'm learning right now, I'm making mistakes and I'm going to leave my mistakes out there for you to see,' that's so much more valuable than trying to put out a polished front where it looks like you know everything because nobody does and then that's going to put out an unrealistic standard for other people to have to try to hang onto. Doing it wrong first is the best way to learn."
