I just found this video. Good stuff. My question is, can pruning be done at the end of or during the season, after fruiting? It's September 2021. My tree is good but not great, the middle needs to be opened and I had leaf curl the last 2 seasons. It's only in the start. I am going to be spraying for that fungus very soon.

The property we just bought has four peach trees that are going on their fifth season and haven’t been pruned correctly. I hope I don’t hurt them when I prune in the spring.
