  1. Yes Sir it is that time of year to get things cleaned up and start getting 2019 season under way. I also show what things look like before starting up so folks can see what we do each year. Heck yeah those old bales make the most amazing growing medium! As you seen us take all the old out and put them in the other racks until the box is full then place new bales in those empty spots. Love how your making a bed out of the old straw! I know it has been one rough winter for you folks up there but it will not be much longer now until spring will roll in so you can get your grow on. Thanks for the tips! Have a great day!

  2. Happy spring. Our gardens will soon start to look good again! My snow and ice has recently melted too, but I don’t see any garlic popping up yet. I will be fascinated to follow your channel over the season and see how this straw bale thing works!

  3. I started most of my seeds inside this year…in early February. I usually direct sow outside and buy seedlings for warm weather crops. I am starting to harden off my seedlings so I can get them outside despite the rain, and rain, and rain which has taken over. I just want to get my seedlings out before I manage to kill them all! grin Looking forward to seeing your garden get going. So glad we had about two/three days of snow this year. I love that you have buckets and such floating around too. Looks like my space after the winds of winter!
