VIDEO: Regenerating Dead and Dry Soil in Minutes (Ready for Growing Food)

As a gardener, seeing a really light coloured soil, which is as dry as sand and has no organic matter (or hardly any), tells me that it just won’t nearly be as productive. Our solar tunnel has suffered from not enough organic matter being put into it so this year I thought I would take drastic action to add loads of nutrients to it and improve the water holding capacity. Watch to see the comparison between watering the soil before and after.

  1. Would you be able to give advise on how to revive soil without any animal matter?
Like maybe for example only using hummus could be?
    Or what you would recommend?
    Thanks!

  2. Hello! I’ve been watching a lot of your videos and I think they are great! I’m learning a lot and it’s not scaring me away lol. I’m trying to find a solution for my yard. It’s really neglected in comparison to what it could be but fruit trees and grapevines and other plants are still able to grow. I would like to revitalize the soil, or basically the dirt, in some way but how do I do it with trees and plants in the ground already?

  3. Found this while looking into how I start from nowhere on some ground under the windows on my ground-floor flat. Will be applying this and will report back .

  4. We have to many pestilence inside the soil and outside the soil
Common hen and ant colonies are destroying the agri in la borinken Puerto Rico

  5. This video is AMAZING!!! We have hydrophobic soil as well (in Connecticut, zone 6a). Unfortunately we have already planted vegetables in our raised beds and it became hydrophobic while we were away for a week, no rain at all. Anyway, I do have a question: My husband purchase raised bed soil and is using it. Would just aerating it do the trick? Or would you recommend composting as well. As for me, I have established flower gardens and I’m experiencing the same thing. I would assume I could aerate around the plants and apply manure and compost as well? One more thing to ask- I plan on purchasing mulch. I’m not sure if I should use hardwood or this new mulch called agri-mulch. It seems to me the latter would do many things as well as protecting it from drying out. I look forward to your thoughts. Thank you much!!

  6. Do you have a video about when you add amendments like worm castings, blood meal, bone meal…. or do you find them unnecessary? Thanks this was very helpful as always!

  7. I'm so happy to be one of subscribers , highly attracted to agriculture & farming and anything related to the environment..

    Thanks for your informative videos
