Have you thought about feeding the ground hogs?.. sounds silly..but what if you fed them outside the garden, mabe your local feed store can help.. when the neighbors put in a couple of deer feeders and water troughs I noticed less visitations to my yard..

Hey brother! I live in DE. I'm starting a food forest on 3 acres with a year round, flowing fresh water creek. I have 3 varieties of apples trees and 3 varieties of pears. Blueberries and other stuff "growing on" (Pete Kanaris). Thick bed of wood chips and more too use. I WANT THAT PRIGIONI APPLE TREE BRO! I'm a retired Veteran and sustainable gardening is what I wanna do now. Wanna send me some seeds? I wont sell your apples and I'll send you pics of the progress and the garden.
