Thanks to Daniel & Alex from “Body Project” for helping me through my first ever workout video lol! In this video, I repay Daniel for putting me through that tough workout video by taking him for a tour around our food garden and self-sufficient property and finish up giving him a goodies box made up of food from our garden.

Self Sufficient Me is based on our small 3-acre property/homestead in SE Queensland Australia about 45kms north of Brisbane – the climate is subtropical (similar to Florida). I started Self Sufficient Me in 2011 as a blog website project where I document and write about backyard food growing, self-sufficiency, and urban farming in general. I love sharing my foodie and DIY adventures online so come along with me and let’s get into it! Cheers, Mark 🙂

Is that supposed to be a joke or something?

Beefy thighs, mate. Looks like you're right off the rugby pitch
Nice workout and nice tour as well.
Mark, as someone who has had several friends online and IRL who have been injured in military service, thanks for what you do. Its very easy for people who have had such injuries to sink into a pit of despair and alienation from society, but you have shown a way that people can bounce back from such things to have a rewarding and successful life.
I was sceptical at first but you won me over with this collaboration. Well done!
Loved this collab. You Mark are in great shape to take that work out. Between your beautiful home and property, the healthy foods, the physical work, your doing it right. Blessings to all.
mark you look great!

Hi Mark, Every summer my garden gets eaten by massive amounts of grasshoppers! What can I do to get rid of them? It’s so frustrating!
