  1. I just watched this… again, on 09-30-2021: As of today you have went from your proud 100K subscribers to 1.4 Million. (If I read that right?) Now that deserves some KUDOS! Congratulations. Keep up the great work!

  2. I have found if I have the first pot, from seed, sitting in a good light and temp and I place two pots on either side of the first one I allow the first to go to seed. They replant themselves, from seed and the second, third, fourth etc. plants are heartier and greener. The flavor fantastic. Give them what they desire and natures abundance provides. In the summer the birds replant too and I share in their bounty.

  3. Thank you Kevin for sharing your knowledge on indoor growing and propagating Basil. Having a consistent fresh supply adds joy to our cooking. New subscriber. Am buying from your Amazon Associate site too. ;^)

  4. My acquintance always buys basil and never takes them out of the jar. Then they die.
She then complains about them dying.
I told her the solution was to plant them in soil.
She went; Hm..nah too much trouble' and continued her system. The store loves her.

  5. Tools should be *disinfected*… sterilization is a whole different level. Isopropyl alcohol, lysol, and peroxide are some of the choices. You also want to root your cuttings in shallower containers… it's harder to keep the media at the top of a 1 gal. pot moist. Great stuff… thanks… I'm off to start snipping!

  6. Herbs Herbs HHHHHerbes – There is an "H" and it's not silent – why do Americans mispronounce the English language – is it just to annoy the English ? (Don't get me started on Basil !)

  7. Some say break an egg under the dirt and that feeds the new plant. What do you think. Or some say egg shells mixed in the dirt. Can I do Rosemary ? Cilantro ? What about a peace Lilly.? Sorry I’m full of questions.
