Now is the time to plot your escape! Streamline your belongings and start your search well before spring. We bought the lot next door on a land contract with zero money down when we were low on cash some years back. Keep that in mind when you search. Good luck Brew Crew!

Definitely know what you went thru. My husband and I are in our 60's and going thru it but here in Montana we are not dealing with the heat but we are dealing with very cold and snow. We have until the 29th of Nov, and we wished they would have let us know in the summer so we could have had yard sales and not had to move all this stuff. We are dealing not only with our house but 4 out buildings as we were on a small farm. Say prayers that we can get it all moved.
