  1. what kind of dehydrator is that? My Samsung range has a dehydrator setting….I'm trying it for the first time! Wish me luck, lol
I just harvested a huge bunch of pineapple sage, next will be the rosemary and now I have a huge growth of lemon grass, not sure what to do with that.

  2. I've dried my rosemary in a dehydrator, for about 14 hours at around 98F, but most of the leaves have black spots in them..is that mold or is it just discoloration? Can I still use them?

  3. Hey great video. We live in Utah where Rosemary does not grow through the winter. So, we tried the dehydrator method last year which has worked. But we eventually had some mold growing on the dehydrated rosemary needles later in the winter. Has anyone had this problem? Suggestions on storage? More dehydration? Thanks.

  4. Which is better – to dry first, then strip the leaves, or to strip the leaves while green and then dry? It's a lot of work either way, but which is easier, in your opinion, especially when doing a large quantity for drying and grinding to powder later? Thanks.

  5. this was very helpful. i live in central missouri, and my rosemary plant barely got taller than a foot. i'll try to protect it this winter so it lasts until next year, when i know i can harvest plenty for the next winter. thank you for your most informative video.
