  1. Adam, Happy New Year! Thank you for taking us along on your adventure. A bridge that's a water filled canal! I never even thought there was such a thing! And a narrow boat with a roof top garden! This was great! Enjoy the New Year! Catherine

  2. i recently fell down the youtube narrowboat vlog rabbit hole, I am obsessed! Trying to convince friends and family that hiring a narrowboat for a week is more relaxing that rushing around the uk visiting tourist sites isn't going so well. And sadly most hire firms won't lease to a single boater due to insurance restrictions so I have to keep living vicariously through others. Thanks for posting this and Happy New Year!

  3. I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds boating high over top of farm fields a little strange. The first time I saw one of the aqueduct bridges on my only visit over there, I was more than slightly puzzled. That was wonderful to see, thank you.

  4. Hi Adam. We did a day on a narrow boat last autumn. It was great and there was no locks but a few swing bridges to open. A great thing to do on a nice day. Loved the music and filming. Clever water level shots. An aqueduct too. How did you find skippering? The boat responds quickly to the tiller movement doesn’t it? Loved this video. Happy New Year to you. Take care. Nick

  5. Missed you last month.  Belated Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.  That trip looks like a great day to step back & stand down for the day,  Thanx for posting.
