  1. KEEP THE WALLPAPER‼️‼️‼️
Definitely keep the intercom system ~ that’s an old fashioned “entertainment center”!
    Everything is in beautiful condition❣️❣️❣️❣️
What is your water source – spring, well ?

  2. Intercom me!!Beautiful place.
I'm so excited for you. Wish I lived close. Want to start raking all the covered spaces and stacking those pallets.
Remodeled 3 homes. Learned a great deal. Be your own contractor and get the contractor pricing. Buy direct from manufacture.
I had the swag lights removed and added lights over each mirror. One in center will not provide enough light.
Kitchen remove upper cabinets and take the furdown out. Replace with full height upper cabinets. You won't regret. Then if lower cabinets are
good have new doors made. Saves so much money.
Keep talking with your loved ones. They will answer.

  3. Love this! We are planning to move east within the next few years.

My oldest son and his family plan to move within the next year. ( from Arizona!! )

The declining water tables here have been a growing concern for the past 10 years.

We are in a "20 year drought "… but at this point , IMO, it's not a drought anymore.

Drought's are a temporary thing . The drought that caused the dust bowl lasted 10 years.

Let's face it, this is "the new normal"! I want to have a garden without having a $200. water bill every month all summer. ($40. in the winter) And that doesn't even give us much to show for it. It just keeps everything alive. We haven't had a good rain for a couple years. We get maybe 3 inches a year now.

We are doing a lot of research first. before we sell…

    * Anyone want to chime in and let us know what areas to avoid that would be awesome.!! *

( Low crime, clean ground water, good growing soil, not in flood zone and few restrictions. )

    We aren't picky … Lol

NW North Carolina, NW South Carolina, SW Virginia, East Tennessee, N. Georgia.

At lest an acre. With a creek would be awesome. Under $40,000. a fixer upper. Or torn down, as long as it has hookups so we can live in an RV or small mobile. We are retired so jobs and schools aren't a concern.

  4. I'm glad you got to move to a new home a year ago closer to your family.

In the spring or early summer I will be moving into my little farm. I can't wait to start living and do the things I want to do like canning, gardening, etc.
