It makes me wonder why some of our local grocery stores get their produce from the USA. Canada should feed canada, we know how to. I mean we garden and farm for something to do here in Saskatchewan.

Very interesting interview. Some of the approaches I am implementing and others i need to think about. Farmers from where I live only grow things they think will carry good price at the market but they don't think about Chefs and what they think. I will be watching this interview over and over.
