I’ve never seen such a truly kind collaboration on YouTube like this, such an awesome thing to do, Huw.
And god dammit Steve – these trays are amazing. And I really like your vibe. You’re getting a new subscriber as soon as I’m done watching this. Greetings from Germany
I live in Nova Scotia as well!
Thank You Huw!!! Been looking for a good garden YouTube site
I appreciate you so much
Thank you for everything… I can't wait to buy your book. Me and my family appreciate you so much.
Top video.
How do you remove the seedlings once they're ready for transplanting?
This is really NIFTY! Excited to try it 🙂
an endnailing jig would save a ton of time.
I am enjoying rewatching this video 🙂 All the best to Steve and his channel! Wonderful tutorial, much appreciated collaboration!
I've found awesome plans on woodprix website. just check them out.
Rather than bothering cutting down the sides, I would just drop the broken bits and offcuts of the pallet wood at the bottom
to reduce how much seed mix is used. Done it in the past with good results.
He does have an interesting channel – good pick up Huw.
Just go to the Stodoys website if you want to do it yourself.
Stodoys has a lot of designs to choose from.
I have checked many woodworking plan sites. I think the instructions from Woodglut are the best.

We had to make these in school
Shouldnt a seed tray be compartmentalized so that when the seed is grown you can just pull it out as a plug? Also the roots will tangle together….
Please explain how you will use this. Thanks
Try to do it with Stodoys plans 🙂
I really like the Woodglut plans.
Great idea – just wandering what stages of growth/where would you use them as bottom watering using some plastic container is most probably not a good idea for a wooden tray ?
You should try Woodglut. You can get your money back if you don't like it
Woodglut plans has some very useful blueprints with all the details you need.
This time I will use Woodglut plans for this.
Try the best carpenters and woodworkers plans. Woodglut.
Woodprix is full of amazing tips. It helped me a lot.
Disassembled pallets produce 120 cm boards, 80 cm boards and wooden blocks. I used the 120 cm boards for compost bins, but this video gives me a use for the 80 cm boards.
You didnt start any seeds lol
