I am having stents in my heart next week. As soon as I get the ok, I am moving to Okla. to start my homestead. California is steadily falling into a pit of destruction. Unfortunately.

Patara, please, please, please make sure they do a stress test or angiogram. Cutting a long story short: As a women who is young and looks healthy, they will look at you and say, “no, it’s not your heart”. I was 50 years young, was having discomfort in my chest. Having worked in cardiac for twenty years, I knew I should write down how long they lasted, the intensity and how often as well as what I was doing during these episodes. They usually lasted about two minutes, I could talk through them. Women do not usually have the typical signs that men will have. One night I started vomiting, went to the little hospital 30 miles away. As per their chest pain protocol, they observed me over night. Funny thing is, my EKG showed beautiful sinus rhythm. So, they sent me home. Told me to follow up. Even though knowing what I knew, I was in denial and gladly accepted them telling me I was just too healthy. Went to a GP, told me the same thing, even though I told him my mother died at 54 from heart disease. I was now having episodes that woke me up, his answer was if you have anymore, call 911. Finally, I had to get to the bottom of it and went to the ER. Thank God for the cardiologist on call. They did an angiogram and I was 98 percent occluded in the LAD ( the widow maker ). My point is; follow your gut, don’t let others tell you it can’t be your heart. An EKG sometimes does not show impending doom. My mother died in 1973, they told her, “your just anxious and go home and relax.” Forty some years later, they said the same thing to me. They still have a hard time believing women have heart disease at that age, where as, a man will and they take them more seriously. After my experience, I wanted to go around and talk to all General Practitioners and tell them to listen to women and not depend on the fact they are young and appear healthy as well as the perfect EKG .

I do not pay to see my doc shout out to my team they are great they are under pressure too mandates and all but she wants to see me but I have been indulging a little much sweets salts and everything well i need to see her if only for my sinuses allergies dryness and stuff so I better see her and talk to my Psych truth

I had a Heart attack 3 months ago. Started in my chest thru to my back. Then it started down both arms. I tried to lay down but wouldn't quit so to the hospital and yes a Heart attack. Being SOOO tired before and after is still an issue. High Blood pressure..small blockage..and Huge Stress yep that did it.
