I got a film of a wood pecker the other morning in my garden 😉 Got to get beets going. Great vid mate.
    Stay safe

  2. Nice root system on the sturons mate; they should get away well. Gorgeous shot of the Kestrel (I actually saw a hawk stooping on the way to the plot earlier – fantastic sight!)

  3. The Kestrel is hunting rabbits. I tend to not dig in these days. I just mix cow manure, blood & bone, chicken pellets & a hand full of general use fertilizer into my wheelbarrow and then sprinkle it over the top. Rake it even. Then give it a good water and cover with sugar cane much (you could use pea straw or the likes). I find now I get better results, less weeds, the soil conditions is much better & less water. Good luck. Cheers -Aussie Keith

  5. crop rotation and digging are the biggest waste of time EVER , ive been doing no dig a few years now zero rotation and better results with less disease, very little weeding either !digging is hugely outdated with the latest science on no dig being miles better
