Growing ginger doesn’t take up much room at all. Every rhizome you plant will first only grow a few leaves, in the one spot. Over time it will become a dense clump and very slowly get bigger, but only if it isn’t harvested.

PLANTING TIME: INDIA- APRIL TO MAY
In most climates, this tropical plant is best
grown as a summer season plant. For best growth temperature must be
ideally between 24 to 40 degree Celsius (75 to 105 F)

  1. Hello Mohit ji, it is a very useful video. I have planted ginger as well . It been 5 months and the leaves are green and still growing. The pot is a small one, so how should I know if it needs to be shifted to a bigger pot and do I need to stop watering it to dry out or it happens naturally. Please reply .thank you

  2. Can u plz guide me in city like Delhi where sunlight intensity is too high almost 8am -6pm. So is it atleast 3-5 hrs recommended sunlight ? Or cab we leave the pot whole day out ? What to do after 3-5 hrs where sunlight is for so long time ?

  3. Organic veggies may not be big and catchy in sight, but they surely pack more densely than what the inorganic does.
It's not nessacary though that they grow big if given adequate and appropirate organic fertilizers they can grow equally
