  1. After 2 weeks of growing in water, what happens next? Do you take the leaves and just start over? How many times can you regrow the lettuce root?

  3. So basically all you get is about enough for a couple bites of a very small salad? And only that one growth? That would be fun to keep kiddos entertained!

  4. ok, i;m missing the point… you don't get enough to do anything with, and I saw what you wrote to another viewer that you only do this once. so to be honest wouldn't this be more useful as ground up a recycled as compost for a new crop of lettuce that will produce more?

  5. Started growing vegetables and herbs from seed in a mini greenhouse this year. But never knew you could regrow some vegetables from grocery bought ones, so I've started with some celery, will have a go with lettuce. Your videos are so informative!

  6. Would love to be able to regrow Celery Root (Celeriac). I cut them into fries and add Olive oil, Garlic and spices, then bake them until crispy so that I can enjoy super healthy french fries while sitting back and enjoying an afternoon Saskatchewan Roughriders game.

  7. My lettuce is browning, like a lot and it’s been 2 weeks and only a tiny spurt of lettuce grew. The other I’ve done (I did 2) is also browning but has little growth. They are not growing from the center though and they have very long roots. What should I do? Is this a fail? I wash them everyday and change the water.
