  1. Love this! I’m a huge coffee fan and did the same thing where I invested in better equipment and now make mine at home. I love my French press and my cold brew methods the best. Do you ever cold brew? Best coffee ever. IMHO. Also, Love your mugs too! Where do you get your mugs?

  2. Have you heard of Black Rifle Coffee ? It’s owned by a couple ex army guys , they have several strengths. I drink mine like you , 1/2 n 1/2 with a coffee pour over ! Love your new kitchen , he did good ! Be blessed and favored!

  3. Your video inspired me to dig out my CHEMEX I have owned since the late 70s … was my grad school guilty purchase when I had absolutely NO MONEY. I had forgotten what really really good coffee tastes like made this way.

  4. ok I watched this video when it came out and said to myself "I am going back to my pour-over coffee when my keurig dies." well, this morning it happened….. now having my second cup from my new pour-over pot. Delicious!

  5. Please add the Chemex and the Gooseneck Kettle to your Amazon store front so I can patronize. Also, in the video you mention a mocha maker, is that a different device than what you showed, or do you use the Breville for that?

  6. Love seeing a coffee video!! I’m a barista and would love to send you a bag of coffee from the company I work for. You would really appreciate our transparency of working with farmers to produce and process the coffee, our coffee director does a great job. For people interested, Phoenix Coffee Co in Cleveland Ohio ❤️ We publish a full report every year to tell our story and the producers, all fully traceable!

  7. I love the idea of the pour over, but I like my coffee really hot and wonder how much it cools off by the time you drink it. Thanks for all your videos. I can't go a day without watching one~~~

  8. Hi there, love the video as we're also on the quest to good coffee at home.

Doesn't your coffee get lukewarm fast in such a glass container? Especially when you later add milk too, isn't the result too cold? Just wondering, as I like mine nice and hot and even go so far as preheating my milk….

  9. I know you've mentioned this in past videos, but I can't find it. Where do you get your mugs? I know she's a friend and has a shop… looking to purchase a mug from her!

  10. Hey Jesse, I use a Jura coffee machine. I also use Starbucks Veranda beans as their light roast has more caffeine than anything else. Amazon lists the Jura machine at $3,495.00. I bought mine at Costco for a little over $200. This machine makes an absolute perfect cup of coffee every time. I also like a pour over and I do have an electric kettle as well. Coffee is a drug. A warm, delicious drug!

  11. I love both coffee and tea. I love making tea from my garden plants but WOW fresh herbal tea is exotic. I recently had to go decaf and it has been miserable. Pray you can tolerate caffeine forever. I love your videos and your sweet smile.
