  1. Like the new LED lights being sold now. But are they all being made with the correct light spectrum for growing plants. I still have a 400 Watt Halogen with a single bulb. Then I supplemented that with a couple spot light plant bulbs, from a box store, in dome fixtures. I was surprised that you had those curly fluorescent, and incandescent, bulbs, instead of the spot light plant bulbs in your greenhouse. Happy growing !

  2. Iv only just started & I had 3 beautiful cucumber plants doing amazing but due to winds they got pushed off the shelves as iv only got 5ft square polythene greenhouse with 8 shelves all 3 plants lost there big sun leaves so I cut them off will they re grow or die off

  3. When you showed the light from underneath when it was on, some LEDs seemed to me dead. Was that just an illusion or were there actually dead from start up? I'm asking because I hade plans on buying it.

  4. I am so confused. Got one today and cant figure out how to hang it.
It's not like yours where it has the open spaces at the end. Same hangers though. Been sitting here for half an hour trying to figure out

  5. I have 12 different peppers growing inside here in Germany. I was thinking two of these, or one SP6500. Been comparing them to SanLight. Really not sure which is best at this point. One is made in China, the other in Austria.

  6. Per Mars Hydro: For the SP 3000 and SP 6500 lights, the previous version is with IR and UV chips. Since March, we have moved the IR and UV from the SP 3000, SP 6500, and FC 6500 lights. Also, the new FC-E6500 light doesn't have IR and UV chips. The reason is that these lights' main customers are personal growers who pursue the best results or the commercial project customers; they prefer to independently control the IR and UV lights time, don't need the IR and UV chips on the light itself. Mars Hydro also will issue independent IR and UV lights in the second half of the year.
