  1. I can't wait to get started I've downsized. And have four acres in an old house I have to fix up. Kind of hard on a 60-year-old but I'm geared up I have to get my high tunnel hopefully by midfall God bless everybody. I hope everyone can do this in the near future with what's coming

  2. Lots of channels are doing this. Not only does it cost a lot (accumulatively), but one has to be really dedicated to that one person and their content. There is only so much time in the day so I can't imagine following even a small handful of people and paying each one individually. The content is no longer available to share with to expand others outside of that network in order to let them venture into topics that they may not yet be fully committed to. I think it's a shame that this is happening. Keeping track of all the sites, bookmarks, Emails, apps, etc can be cumbersome. Folks are trying to get by and be productive; I just can't see putting in the time to make content providers a devoted focus in most people's lives.

  3. Thank you for separating your fine work from your real fears for society. While I find it fascinating, it is also unsettling and detracts from your other messages. Wishing you the best. You do have a good heart —love for the land and love for your family. Bravo!!

  4. I am a member of From The Field. I have watched Curtis' Youtube channel for years before his member site. As a sole provider for my family I understand how hard things can be these days financially. Affordability of the membership depends on how plan to utilize his content. My goals are to ensure my family can eat the best and freshest food available. There is a ton of value in his videos. I could not even calculate the amount of money I've saved by watching him. A dollar saved is a dollar earned in my opinion. You also don't get sales taxed on saved money.

Food prices are on the rise all over the world. Just think about how much vegetables cost at the grocery store these days. For example, where I live a head of lettuce costs $3-6 depending on the season in Canada, organic cost usually twice as much, if you can find it. One lettuce seed is less than a penny. If you can learn how to grow it, just imagine the money you can save in a year. It's not as simple as just putting it in the ground. Just with that one crop alone if you grew 4 heads per months, you've justified your cost of the membership. Curtis has detailed information about so many crops. He also is like a mentor for using marketing and horticulture skills to start a business and make money.

  5. I love what your doing, but you know they plan to move everyone from the rural areas, into the cities. That's why they burned down Washington, Oregon, and California. I hope you can get to spend many a days there.
