We eat turkey eggs ….they are paler when scrambled….a little blander in taste compared to hens eggs to my palate, but very nice ..no HUGE difference in taste they still just taste like eggs ……I believe they have twice the cholesterol so if that a concern be mindful ….

I’m going to have a garden (small) again this year and was going to buy some seeds to start indoors and then plant. My community has raised garden plots for use each year. You can either get a 1/2 plot (3 beds 4 x 8) or a full plot (6 beds same size). I am so looking forward to it again.
duck eggs are bout half way tween your torkey egg and hen egg and goose eggs are way bigger, and richer
