VIDEO: Easy Peel Eggs | Food On the Farm in February

February is one of the slowest times for farm fresh food. But we still have 2 dozen farm fresh eggs a day, so we are sharing our trick for easy to peel farm fresh eggs. I have tried all the other tricks, and they are LIES! But I’ve never had my egg cracking technique fail for me, so I hope it can help some of you out.

We also give you a quick tour of the winter farm. It won’t be long before we are starting to grow our fresh veggies again, and we even have a few flowers under the seed starting lights. But till then, we will just have to make due with what is in the freezer.
