  1. I still like my herbs in the vegie gardens to help keep pests away in Australia.but I am planning on doing a seperate herb garden in August in time for 1st day of spring.1st September

  2. You will wish you had left the chives out by themselves because if you miss clipping your chives it will throw seeds….all over. Dill transplants easily when its small.
Hey I really enjoy your channel. You give lots of great advice.

  3. I am so motivated to do this! Will go out tomorrow and get me some herb plants sorted. Woohooo! Thanks so much, I'm learning so much xx

  4. Honey that’s a driver, not a drill. That’s why the drill bits aren’t going in. A drill has a chuck and you spin it and the end closes and widens to change bits. A driver is mainly used to put screws in etc. I have both. I know a lot about tools

  5. I am clapping you on!! Before I graduated High School my Dad made sure that I knew how to protect myself, how to make sure my car was working & made sure I knew how to pay my taxes! Hahaha! He went so far as to signing me up for classes, on the weekends to help out learning about drills, or our church had a on call where you could call in if one needed help with your property/fixing easy things where we could go & help our elderly in the best ways possible. Sometimes they just needed to see a friendly face! 🙂 & made absolutely positive I knew how to deduct numbers from my monthly paycheck to help me not to invest in our Government but to invest in myself. Good for you!! You are a role model! Keep up the good work! 2 Thumbs up!

  6. I love your wine barrels! I’m wanting Shawn to make a very large multi tiered planter and I wish I knew if it is ok for vegetation. I’ve used the regular sized version for flowers. Does anyone know if it’s bad for the spaces that only get 5” of growing depth?

  7. Aas a Farmers Market bedding plant sales person, please encourage people to shop at their "local" Nurseries & Greenhouses or Farmers Market. They are a WEALTH of information for home gardeners. Also overwintered parsley usually just goes to seed as it is a biennial. Really like your channel!!!

  8. Girl….you need your own tools amd some YouTube videos! I was like you and then I built chicken coops and some walls in my house amd then I gutted my bathroom and remodeled it. I know you can do it too!

  9. Technically the first tool you had is an impact driver. Drill bits use a drill (with the adjustable clamp)and there are some impact fitted drill bits, the hex fitting. You can use metal bits with wood, you just need to turn the speed down on the impact driver or drill to not burn the wood.
