  1. I had a horrible amt of aphids, over and over again in my garden room (extra !bedroom) . I also had a tremendous amt of fruit flys. No ants. I did alot sticky paper which helped with fruit flies. I strongly suspect the aphids were piggybacking on the fruit flys.
Never had this before . Have you heard of such a thing?

  2. WOW! The democrats are targeting gardeners…..guess they've decided people that garden are more self sufficient and independent. And THAT is against everything they stand for. How funny is it that it use to be that most gardeners were thought of as liberal "flower children"?

  3. My cucumbers aren't producing nice leaves but I'm getting constant flowering and the plants aren't even 8" tall. I keep taking off the flowers to get better leaves. In the past day we got 6"of rain, had to put life preservers on my plants

  4. "Let's see if we can hit… 4,000 likes on this video. It's just a lofty goal, but let's see if we can hit it."

Me, hears this and checks the likes count. 10,000. Lofty goal indeed… Lol.

  5. Thanks for the information. I'm in Maine. The weather is going from 90's & high humidity for 5 days to rain, cold & 40 degree nights for the past few weeks. I hope the weather straightens out!

  6. I have a watermelon plant. During the summer, I got some mildew problems and I sprayed it down to save it. My watermelon, cantaloupe, and pickling cucumbers. I lost my pickling cucumbers, and i saved the others. But my watermelon plant only has i fruit on them but they aren’t growing anymore. It’s been growing flower but no fruit and the flowers look dried up. Should I keep it? Is the fruit going to suffer? The plant is doing really good. Just not getting any larger. Crimson sweet.

  7. My area here in Missouri is raining and hot and everything looks yellow and like unhealthy plants. I heard to not fertilize in hot weather as it stressed the plants even more. Guess I am looking for that patience that you are speaking of. My husband was the gardener and he died of Cancer 5 years ago. I have redone the garden with raised beds and overall it looks beautiful but the yellow leaves and slow growth is freaking me out. thanks for sharing!

  8. I have watermelons and honeydew melons which have 3-4 per vine, but only one gets huge and the others do not grow at all. They remain the size of a marble or so. They are not on the same vine, but on the same plant. Plants are visibly green with some slight yellowing of the root base leaves, but this seems normal. Not sure how to fix this or even what the issue is. 🙁

  9. My chillis and cherry tomatoes stopped growing from little seedlings. How do I fix this? I have loosen the soil but still no improvements. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME IM DESPERATE
