Should put a flow hive out there so you don't have to pull the box apart every time to get fresh honey
Car dealerships that do body repair have big boxes that large body parts come in.
Great to see the bees moving in!
that is awesome that they have a compost for the community.
Fresh mulch always looks so good!
I love your videos & the way you explain things so easily but with details so that a new gardener like me can understand. I was watching a previous video of yours where you were talking about adding humus to the garden to keep it cooler. What is humus and can I buy it already prepared. If not, what do I mix together to make humus? Thanks so much
Im sorry – but i could honestly watch this man talk about anything, hes so dang cute.
What happens when you get ants in your compost
Did u just day cuz its 85 today ..Haha tell me you from the north without telling me you from the north lol
Yeah I’m happy for your bees!
Craigslist and Facebook always is a ton of free mulch as well
That's great that you had bees move in. A big plus for the garden.
Hey, Luke! I’ve noticed in the background of your videos that it doesn’t look like you mulch around some of your trees that are surrounded by grass, and the grass just grows right up to the trunk. Do you have any specific reasons for/against mulching a ring around a tree? (Forgive me if they actually do all have mulch rings and I’m not seeing them correctly.)
Oooh I love field trips!
I don’t exercise- I just garden like you do for my workout!!
Just saw this https://youtu.be/avca1tOpO60
Really funny to see young MIgardener. Jokes aside, I'd love to see updates on olive trees if you still have any
OMG – I've been running around 6-8 Thistle feeders for nearly 20 years here and not ONCE did a single thistle plant come up. It doesn't work that way LOL
I get my wood chips delivered for free from the tree companies. They're always looking to get rid of their chips.
I am fairly new to gardening, but could you explain something to me: How does the cardboard+mulch affect watering and the possibility to apply fertilizer? Isn't the ground now "sealed off"?
We have access to CEDAR mulch. Any downside to using it?
Love your cute little orchard. Are you going to grow morel mushrooms under those trees? That's where I grow mine. In the mulch under my trees.
Idk about mulch, but my city usually has free municipal compost (fully heat treated and the likes) since we process organics in a city owned facility. Unfortunately, the plant wasn't running for a couple years due to malfunctions then covid, but hopefully they'll be open again next spring!
Love you, my gardener, (migardener). Love the way you guide us.
Aiden, you are a really good friend for helping your friend.
